Coastal Georgia Tea Party Coalition "Multi-Party" Gubernatorial Debate

Tea Party Gubernatorial Debate

April, 20th

6:30 pm

Jekyll Island Convention Center

Please join the Coastal Georgia Tea Party Coalition's "Multi-Party" Gubernatorial Debate on April 20th at 6:30pm. The debate is being held at the Jekyll Island Convention Center and tickets are free! The Georgia Tea Party Coalition includes the following Tea Parties: Camden, Golden Isles, 13th Colony, and Tiftarea.

All of Georgia's Gubernatorial candidates were invited. The confirmed candidates are Chapman,
Deal, McBerry, Monds, and Scott. The candidates will observe a "cross-questioning format," which allows the candidates to question each other. This format should help to compare and contrast the candidates.

Candidate debates are important for us in the Tea Party movement, in that we will need a Governor for Georgia who will stand against the "tyranny" of the federal government. This will give all of us the opportunity to see who has the "fire in the belly" for these trying times and who will stand up for the citizens of the great state of Georgia.

For anyone who needs a hotel room or accommodations, the following hotels are honoring special group rates for this event. Reservations need to be made by April 9th.

Jekyll Island Oceanfront Resort
Rates from $79 to $149

Days Inn & Suites
912-635-9800, ext. 503
